The Group Insurance & Pharmaceutical Committee – GIPC
GIPC was founded in 1997 as a joint educational initiative by representatives from the pharmaceutical and group insurance industries. Given the pace of change and the intensity of debate with respect to healthcare in Canada, there is a need to better understand the issues, roles and priorities of both industries.
GIPC holds annual workshops based in Toronto, Ontario for the purpose of education, information sharing and networking
Attendance at workshops is not restricted. Attendees are from a variety of professional backgrounds including the group insurance industry, pharmaceutical market access, health economics, corporate human resource or occupational health professionals, benefit consulting field.
